1. Ordering Process
You can purchase our coaching programs, online courses, memberships, or digital products directly through our website.
Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with details about your order, next steps, and how to access your program or materials.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance
2. Payment Methods
We accept secure payments through major credit cards and authorized third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal.
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees that may be charged by your payment provider.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide high-quality services and resources. However, because of the nature of our offerings, certain refund limitations apply:
Coaching Programs: Refunds are not available once sessions have begun, unless stated otherwise in your individual coaching agreement.
The Harmony Room Membership: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied within your first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
Courses and Digital Products: All digital purchases are final once access has been granted.
Events and Retreats: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available within 30 days of the event.

4. Delivery and Access
All digital products, courses, and memberships are delivered electronically. Access details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you purchased coaching sessions or event registrations, you will receive scheduling instructions within 24 to 48 hours.
For physical materials (if applicable), shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout.
5. Account Access
Certain purchases, such as online courses or community memberships, require an account to access materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Product and Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, program, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
If a program or product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you with available alternatives or a full refund.
