Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Refund and Returns Policy at Beyond Financial Reset (BFR) ensures transparency, fairness, and satisfaction for all our clients and customers. We understand that purchasing coaching programs, courses, or digital products involves trust, and we want to make sure you have complete clarity about our process for refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or a receipt

We do not accept returns for:

  • Downloadable digital programs, courses, or e-books
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized coaching sessions already delivered
  • Health or personal care products
  • Custom or one-on-one consultation services

Please do not send your product or material back to the manufacturer.

2. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be approved. This applies to:

  • Books or printed materials with visible signs of use
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not caused by our error
  • Returns requested after 30 days but within a reasonable time frame

3. Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times vary.
  3. Contact your bank to confirm processing times.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced purchases qualify for refunds. Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email info@beyondfinancialreset.com  and mail your return to:

You will receive further instructions once your exchange request is approved.

7. Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

8. Shipping Returns

To return an item, mail it to the address provided upon request.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items, we recommend trackable shipping or insurance coverage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

9. Digital Product Refund Policy

For digital or coaching products, refunds are offered only when:

  • A technical issue prevents access or download
  • A duplicate transaction occurs by mistake
